Our Starlink installation SMEs received a service request for Starlink and WiFi installation in Pinteop-Lakeside, AZ for a luxury recreational vehicle and performed the following:
An initial offsite assessment was was carried out to collect the customer’s requirements for the custom Starlink installation for the RV motor home. We asked the customer to provide onsite photos of the area where the RV is parked to evaluate potential obstruction zones, including nearby trees and surrounding structures. Additionally, we requested images of the RV’s roof to determine the best non-penetrating mounting option.
Following the completion of the initial offsite assessment, we communicated the technical specifications about the Starlink installation job order, and the customer agreed to the proposed solution. Then, we arranged a date and time for the installation with our certified Starlink installers in Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ.
Our team arrived onsite and performed a Starlink Obstructions test to verify if the mount location has a clear view of the sky. The Starlink dish was installed using Standard Mobility mount.

The Starlink cable was professionally routed from the dish secured with cable mounting clips to protect the cable from movement, vibration and wind. The cable is routed to a dedicated weatherproofcable entry gland where it passes through for a clean and protected penetration into the RV. Created a faceplate for a clean indoor cable pass-through, then connected the Starlink cable to the Gen 3 router.
Connected the Gen3 WiFi Mesh router to the power source, activated the Starlink Roam service, and configured the WiFi network name (SSID) and password. Guide the customer on how to use the Starlink app.
After the Starlink equipment installation, an initial speed test was conducted to verify the connectivity and performance.
