Our Starlink installation SMEs received a service request for Starlink and WiFi installation in Wasilla, AK who wanted a professional Starlink rooftop installation. They conducted the the initial offsite assessment to review the structure of the property, site conditions and installation requirements.
The client provided clear photos of their home and preferred installation locations, performed the Obstruction Test using the Starlink App and confirmed that multiple installation points showed no obstructions. They also confirmed receipt of the Starlink Standard Kit and a Pivot Mount, both purchased directly from Starlink.com.
In addition, the customer measured the required cable run from the dish to the router location and verified that the included 15 meter/59ft proprietary Starlink cable would suffice. They also identified an existing low-voltage data cabling path (not near any high-voltage lines), which could safely accommodate the Starlink cable without the need for new Cable Routing Kits. Only a resealing of the existing pass-through with silicone sealant or fire caulk would be required.
After the initial offsite assessment, we received the customer’s approval on the installation plan and move to the scheduling with our Starlink installers in Wasilla AK
