An initial offsite assessment was carried out to to verify the site location and property structure through satellite imagery and requested onsite photos. This step is essential for the SMEs to identify the best possible installation point, proper mounting hardware to be used, cable routing path and any obstructions that could impact Starlink installation. The Gen3 router was activated and configured with user’s SSID and password. After the router setup, we provided the customer a walkthrough on how to use the Starlink app.
After completing the Starlink installation, they conducted an Starlink alignment test to assess signal strength and confirm precise dish positioning. This essential step ensures a clear line of sight to the satellite network.
