Our Starlink installation SMEs received a service request for Starlink and WiFi Installation in Port St. Lucie, FL. To process the service request, the following processes were executed:
An initial offsite assessment was carried out to gather information about the structure of the property and site conditions. Using satellite imagery and customer-provided onsite photos, our team able to assess the installation points, suitable mounting hardware and cable routing plan and list of installation materials needed.
After the assessment, the installation plan was sent over to the customer for approval. Once approved, the installation schedule was coordinated with our local certified Starlink installers in Port St. Lucie, FL.

After the equipment setup, the customer was given an instructions on how to manage the Starlink using Starlink App.
Followed by Starlink equipment installation, a Starlink alignment test was conducted after installation to ensure the dish is properly aligned. The dish must have an unobstructed view (especially to the north in the northern hemisphere or south in the southern hemisphere) to maintain strong, uninterrupted connectivity.
Our team performed an initial Starlink Speed Test to evaluate the connection’s performance. The test provides key metrics like download speed, upload speed, and latency.
It’s important to note that Starlink can take up to 12 hours to optimize its connection.
