Our Starlink installation SMEs received a Starlink and WiFi installation in Odessa, TX. To kick-off the processing of the service request, the following process was performed:
Our Starlink subject matter experts (SMEs) conducted an initial offsite assessment to gather the customer’s requirements for the Starlink installation. Using satellite imagery and customer-provided onsite photos, they determine the site conditions and structure of the property. They assess installation points, suitable mounting hardware, cable routing path and the necessary installation parts / materials needed.
Following the assessment, the SMEs sent an installation plan for customer’s approval. Once approved and the equipment was confirmed onsite, the installation schedule was coordinated with our Starlink installers in Odessa, TX.
Our professional Starlink installers arrived onsite and started mounting the Starlink dish on the confirmed location from the result of the obstructions test.

The Starlink cable was routed from the dish along the roof’ down to the wall secured with UV-rated cable clips at proper interval. A cable entry hole was drilled through the exterior wall to route the Starlink cable indoors. A grommet and silicone sealant were applied to seal the entry point and help prevent water intrusion and pest entry. Inside the property, the cable was routed neatly to the designated location of the Gen 3 router.

The Starlink and AC power cables were connected to the router, and the system was powered on to boot up. The Starlink service was then activated, and the Gen 3 router was configured in bypass mode. Finally, the three-unit eero WiFi mesh system was connected and strategically positioned throughout the house to provide entire home WiFi coverage.

The customer was assisted on how to manage the Starlink system through the Starlink App.
Following the equipment installation, a Starlink dish alignment was performed to ensure clear line of sight to the satellite network.

A Starlink speed test was performed to evaluate the internet connection's performance. The system achieved a download speed of 313 Mbps, an upload speed of 26 Mbps, and a latency of 23 ms, confirming that the Starlink installation was successful and delivering a strong internet connection.
