🔹Note distances, entry points (attic, basement, or underground) and any required conduit.
🔹Ensure safe access to power along the cable path.
🔹Assess the current SonicWall setup to determine how Starlink can be integrated as backup internet connection.
🔹Estimate of cable lengths and required materials for the installation.
After the site survey, an installation plan was sent to the customer for review and approval. After customer approval, the installation schedule was coordinared with our certified Starlink installers in Middletown, DE.
Our certified field installers arrived as scheduled to perform the following scope of work:

The customer was given a walkthrough on how to use the Starlink app, such as performance monitoring, Wi-Fi configuration, device management and basic troubleshooting.
After completing the installation of the Starlink system, a Starlink alignment test was conducted to evaluate the precise positioning of the Starlink dish with the satellite network. This step ensured that the dish was properly positioned and the Starlink system was performing at its best, delivering optimal internet speeds and reliability for the household.

To check the connectivity and performance, a Starlink speed tests were performed after twenty minutes of the installation.

It is important to note that Starlink may require up to 12 hours to fully optimize its connection. During this period, users may experience fluctuations in performance as the dish optimizes its connection with the constellation of satellites.
