Our Starlink installers securely mounted the Starlink dish on the roof using a non-penetrating roof mount stabilized with cinder blocks. This method ensures a stable and durable setup without drilling into the roofing material, thereby protecting the structural integrity of the building. The weight of the cinder blocks provides the necessary anchoring to withstand wind and weather conditions, while still allowing flexibility for relocation or adjustments if needed.
The Starlink cable was neatly routed from the dish to the existing wall entry and professionally terminated at the indoor location of the Gen3 WiFi Mesh Router. The router was then activated, with its SSID and password configured to ensure secure and reliable connectivity
Another cable (Cat6) was routed from the extension office to the main office, where a PoE switch was deployed to serve as the central distribution point. From this switch, two additional Cat6 runs were installed to feed wireless access points.
The access points were mounted at strategic locations within the main office to maximize signal propagation, minimize dead zones and ensure WiFi coverage across the workspace.
After the Starlink and network equipment setup, a Stalink alignment test was performed to ensure that Starlink dish is properly positioned or aligned to achieve optimal connectivity with Starlink satellite network.
To verify the performance of the Starlink satellite internet across both offices, the team conducted multiple speed tests using Starlink app as shown in the image below.

Starlink connectivity performance validation was also carried out at multiple network endpoints. Tests were performed at the workstation in the office extension and within the main office at the PoE switch and wireless access points (WAPs). This approach ensured evaluation of both wired and wireless connectivity for accurate benchmarking of the Starlink system’s performance.
